Take a moment to learn more about your body through engaging in a head to toe body scan! On Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 10am-12pm, Dr. Brigid Gillis of B2 Physical Therapy and Performance will teach you self-treatment methods in the form of stretches, myofascial release techniques, and corrective exercises that you can use to help eliminate pain and maximize your body’s physical function.
Do you have “poor posture?” Do you find yourself experiencing pain or discomfort when sitting at your desk for hours at a time, reaching overhead, lifting weights, picking up your grandkids or shaking you booty in a Zumba class?
